1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Account Responsibilities
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be 18 years or older to use WinFlow
• One person or legal entity per account
• You may not use WinFlow for any illegal purpose
3. Account Security
• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials
1. Billing
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• We'll notify you 30 days before any price increases
2. Cancellation
• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
3. Free Trial
• No credit card required for free trial
• Full access to features during trial
• Automatic downgrade to free tier after trial ends
4. Refunds
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
• Contact support within 14 days for refund requests
You agree NOT to use WinFlow to:
1. Prohibited Content
• Store or transmit malicious code
• Host illegal content or materials
• Engage in harassment or abuse
• Violate intellectual property rights
2. Prohibited Actions
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security
• Interfere with other users' access
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use automated systems without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service
3. Data Usage
• Only store data you have the right to use
• Comply with data protection laws
• Do not use for spam or bulk messaging
• Respect contact privacy when using CRM features
Violation may result in account termination.
YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
1. Your Content

• Available in CSV, Excel, and JSON formats
• No waiting periods or restrictions

3. After Termination

• We retain data for 30 days after cancellation
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
• You can request earlier deletion
4. Our Commitment
We will NEVER:
• Sell your data to third parties

• We target 99.9% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

• Breaking changes announced in advance

4. No Warranty

• Cancel anytime from account settings
• Download your data before cancellation
• No penalties or exit fees
2. By Us
We may terminate your account if you:
• Violate these terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay after notice
3. Effect of Termination
• Access revoked immediately or at billing period end
• Data retained for 30 days for export
• After 30 days, all data permanently deleted
• Some provisions survive termination (liability, disputes)
4. Appeals
• Contact support to appeal termination
• We'll review in good faith
• Reinstatement at our discretion
1. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee fitness for any purpose
• We're not liable for indirect damages
• We're not liable for lost profits or data
2. Liability Cap
Our total liability is limited to:
• Fees paid in the 12 months before the claim
• Or $100, whichever is greater
3. Exceptions
These limitations don't apply to:
• Fraud or intentional misconduct
• Gross negligence
• Violations of applicable law

You're responsible for:

• Compliance with laws in your jurisdiction

1. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Dispute Resolution
• First, contact us to resolve informally
• We'll respond within 30 days
• If unresolved, disputes go to arbitration
• Class actions waived to extent permitted
3. Arbitration
• Binding arbitration through AAA
• Arbitration in Delaware or remotely
• Each party bears their own costs
• Arbitrator's decision is final
4. Exceptions
You may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
5. Time Limit
Claims must be brought within 1 year of the issue.

• We may update these terms periodically
• Material changes announced via email
• Non-material changes posted on website
2. Notice
• 30 days notice for material changes
• Continued use after changes = acceptance
• If you disagree, cancel before changes take effect
